AdvanceBox Prep Center is committed to maintaining strict data protection and security standards in compliance with Amazon Solution Provider requirements.
Scope
This policy applies to all data accessed, processed, or stored by AdvanceBox Prep Center in connection with Amazon seller accounts.
Access Control
Access to Amazon seller accounts is limited to authorized personnel only.
Strong password policies are enforced.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is used whenever available.
Access rights are reviewed periodically.
Data Usage
We only access Amazon seller information necessary to perform agreed services such as:
Shipment plan creation
Label generation
Inventory management
Compliance preparation
We do not access or use customer PII beyond what is strictly required for operational purposes.
Data Sharing Restrictions
We do not:
Sell Amazon seller data
Share data with other clients
Transfer data to unauthorized third parties
Data is only shared if legally required.
Incident Response Plan
AdvanceBox Prep Center maintains a security incident response process that includes:
Immediate internal assessment
Containment of security risk
Investigation of the cause
Notification to affected parties when required
Reporting to Amazon at security@amazon.com
if applicable
Notification Timeline
If a security incident involving Amazon-related data is identified, we will notify Amazon without unreasonable delay and no later than 72 hours after detection.
Organizational Changes
We maintain a policy to notify Amazon within 30 days of any significant organizational changes that may impact service access or compliance.
